A graduate of United High School, Nathan was actively involved in Future Farmers of America (FFA) and developed a deep appreciation for farming from an early age. He spent countless hours working alongside family members, learning valuable lessons about dedication, responsibility, and community. His love for agriculture continued after graduation as he pursued studies in agricultural mechanics while helping support his family’s farming operation.
Friends describe Nathan as hardworking, dependable, and full of life. Whether he was repairing equipment, working in the fields, spending time with loved ones, or sharing a laugh with friends, he approached every moment with enthusiasm and determination. Those who knew him best recall his unforgettable smile, his sense of humor, and his ability to make others feel valued and welcome.
Nathan is survived by his parents, Michael and Diane Switzer; his sister, Emma; his grandparents; extended family members; and many friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him. His loss leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved him.
