Born on April 8, 1998, in Great Bend, Kansas, Troy was the son of Darin and Chrissy (Eversole) Devine. He grew up in Stafford County and graduated from St. John High School in 2017. From an early age, he was known for his strong work ethic, dependability, and grounded personality—qualities that stayed with him throughout his life.
Professionally, Troy worked as a Foreman with Dig-Rite Hydro Excavation and previously served as a farmhand for Cornwell Farms.
