There was a jacked up black jeep cherokee driving recklessly and speeding excessively on the shoulder of 1-80E passing us. We then witnessed him aggressively weaving in and out of traffic back-and-forth onto the shoulder ahead of us. Shortly thereafter the crash occurred. I am convinced it has something to do with him and he probably just took off after the truck flipped over.
