Our entire church family is deeply saddened to share the passing of Brady McKay, whose loss is being felt profoundly across the congregation and wider community. Brady’s presence, warmth, and connection to those around him left a lasting impact, and his memory will continue to be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30 at 2:00 PM at Myers Memorial United Methodist Church, located at 301 South New Hope Road in Gastonia, North Carolina. Family, friends, and members of the church community are invited to gather in remembrance, prayer, and support as they honor Brady’s life and legacy. Following the service, a time of fellowship and refreshments will be held at Christ United Methodist Church, providing an opportunity for loved ones to come together, share memories, and offer comfort to one another during this difficult time.
