Family, friends, and loved ones are mourning the loss of Hannah Marie Moser, whose passing on May 29, 2026, has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Born on May 17, 1987, Hannah lived a life defined by compassion, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others, leaving behind a legacy that will not soon be forgotten.

Those closest to Hannah remember her as someone who always put others first. She had a caring heart, a strong spirit, and a remarkable ability to make people feel seen, valued, and supported. Whether helping a friend through a difficult time or offering kindness to a stranger, Hannah’s generosity knew no limits.

Her impact continues even after her passing. Through the gift of organ donation, Hannah was able to save the lives of two individuals, providing hope to families facing unimaginable challenges. Loved ones say this final act of selflessness perfectly reflects the way she lived her life—always thinking of others and giving whatever she could to make a difference.

Hannah was also known for her determination and vibrant personality. She excelled as a student-athlete and was once honored as Riverview Homecoming Queen. 1. I am so sorry for your loss, I had the privilege of meeting Hannah at RCA, and I also lost my brother. She was the first people who talked to me and welcomed me, then we realized we had a lot more in common than anyone realized. She was such a strong and no fear woman, she always spoke her mind if something was wrong, which gave me inspiration, she will be truly missed, thank you
