Family, friends, and community members in Jacksonville, Florida, and Grenada, Mississippi, are mourning the loss of Ronald Lafrance Lott Sr., who peacefully transitioned to be with the Lord after a courageous fight. His passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Described by his family as their “backbone, leader, and protector,” Ronald Lott Sr. was a man whose strength, guidance, and unwavering devotion to his loved ones defined his life. He fought with courage and determination until the very end, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and faith.

In honoring his remarkable life, the Lott family plans to celebrate Ronald’s legacy with two homegoing services—one in his hometown of Grenada, Mississippi, and another in Jacksonville, Florida, where he touched countless lives.
Visitation services will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Funerals by T.S. Warden, located at 4315 North Main Street, Jacksonville, Florida. A celebration of life service will follow on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Institutional Church, 215 Bethel Baptist Street, Jacksonville, Florida.
