Michael Bereheiko Boating Accident – Obituary Green Brook: In Loving Memory Of 26-Year-Old Killed In Toms River Township Accident

With heavy hearts, we remember and honor the life of Michael T. Bereheiko, 26, of Green Brook, who tragically lost his life following a serious boating crash in Toms River Township, New Jersey.

According to the latest information released by the New Jersey State Police (NJSP), troopers responded at approximately 10:56 p.m. to a report of a serious boating crash. A preliminary investigation revealed that a 32-foot Boston Whaler was traveling through the Intracoastal Waterway when it collided with an Intracoastal Waterway channel marker.

Following the crash, the vessel’s operator, Kevin Wells, 39, of Warren, piloted the boat to a residence on Silver Lagoon Drive in Toms River Township, where emergency personnel arrived to provide medical assistance to those involved.

Among the passengers was Michael T. Bereheiko, who was transported to a hospital after the crash. Despite efforts to save him, Michael sadly passed away from his injuries. His death leaves behind family, friends, and loved ones who are mourning the loss of a young life taken far too soon.

Two other passengers sustained serious injuries and were also transported to a hospital for treatment, while a fourth passenger suffered minor injuries. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash remains ongoing.

As the community reflects on this heartbreaking incident, Michael’s memory will be held close by everyone who knew and loved him.
